Eligibility Criteria for Pakistan International Airlines PIA Cabin Crew Jobs 2025:

Applicants must meet the following requirements to qualify for the Cabin Crew position:

Educational Qualification:

Minimum graduation from an HEC-recognized institute.

Skills:

Excellent communication skills in English/Urdu (written and spoken).
Ability to handle stressful situations, adapt to varying time zones, and work in a team.
Proficiency in regional or foreign languages (e.g., Arabic, Chinese) is advantageous.

Age Limit:

Trainees: Up to 25 years (including age relaxations).
Experienced Crew: Up to 30 years with a valid Cabin Crew Competency Certificate from the Pakistan Civil Aviation Authority (PCAA).

Appearance:

Height:

Flight Stewards (Males): Minimum 5’6”.
Air Hostesses (Females): Minimum 5’2”.

Weight:

Proportional to height (BMI standards apply).

Marital Status:

Unmarried (for female candidates only).

Health:

Perfect eyesight (contact lenses may be permitted; spectacles and skin issues are discouraged).
Medical fitness as per PIA’s standards.
