Eligibility Criteria for National Institute of Maritime Affairs NIMA Karachi Jobs 2025:
Candidates must meet the following requirements based on the role:
1. Research Fellow
- Education: Ph.D. in Port Operations, Shipping Logistics, Maritime Law, Environmental Studies, Marine Science, or related social sciences.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years leading research teams in think tanks, universities, or similar organizations.
- Skills: Proven track record of publications, exceptional analytical/writing skills, and policy advisory experience.
2. Research Associate
- Education: MPhil/Master’s (18 years) in Maritime Affairs, Strategic Studies, IR, Environmental Science, or related fields.
- Experience: 2+ years in maritime research or academia.
- Skills: Strong communication, project management, and familiarity with qualitative/quantitative methods.
3. Research Assistants
- Education: BS in Ports & Shipping, Maritime Trade, Logistics, or Social Sciences.
- Experience: Fresh graduates or 1 year of research exposure.
- Skills: Analytical rigor, teamwork, and ability to conduct independent studies.
