Application Fee: BS-16 to BS-17: Rs. 300. BS-18: Rs. 750. BS-19: Rs. 1,200. BS-20 and above: Rs. 1,500. Payment Method: Deposit in Government Treasury/National Bank under Head C02101.
Required Documents (after shortlisting): Attested copies of degrees, CNIC, domicile, experience certificates. Original Treasury Receipt (TR) for exam entry.
