Indian Teen Sets Guinness World Record with His Exceptionally Hairy Face

Madhya Pradesh – An 18-year-old from India has made history by earning the Guinness World Record for having the most hair on his face. Lalit Patidar, a teenager from Madhya Pradesh, now holds this unique title, with 95% of his face covered in thick hair.

Reports say Lalit has 201.72 hairs per square centimeter on his face. This rare condition, known as werewolf syndrome (or hypertrichosis), causes excessive hair growth. Only about 50 cases of this genetic disorder have ever been reported worldwide.

Lalit explained that living with this condition wasn’t easy. People tend to treat me differently because I look different. Some are nice, but some don’t speak to me, he said. Through it all, his success has turned heads around the world, putting the spotlight on his remarkable story.
