- Trainee Registrar: MBBS with valid PMDC registration and postgraduate fellowship training completion certificate. Tenure: 2 years (extendable up to 3 years).
- Medical Officers: MBBS with a one-year house job and valid PMDC registration.
- Respiratory Therapist: Bachelor’s or Postgraduate Diploma in Respiratory Therapy. Relevant experience preferred.
- Charge Nurses: BSc Nursing (4 years) or 3-year Diploma in General Nursing with one-year Midwifery or Specialty Diploma. Registered with PNC.
- Clinical Technicians: Matric with Science (2nd Division) and a 2-year Diploma from KPK Faculty of Allied Health Science or equivalent.
- Technologist/Clinical Technologist: BS in Ophthalmology/Diploma in Ophthalmic Technology with 3-5 years of experience.
- Optometrist: BS Optometry or equivalent, registered with Medical Faculty KPK/University.
- Ophthalmic Technician: Two-year Diploma in Optometry. Additional clinical experience is preferred.
